At Williamson Gifts LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s our refund policy:

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Process

  • Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund in USD to your original payment method.

3. Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
